ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Bellavista is quietly set and is made up of two apartments with separate entrances. The apartment with reference number S17.017, Bellavista Abajo, is on the ground floor; S17.016, Bellavista Arriba, is on the top floor. The house lives up to its name; the view of the bay is truly magnificent. The house is located merely 1,5 km from the beach. Llança is among the quieter holiday resorts of the Costa Brava. Every daily convenience can be purchased in Llança and the restaurants on the boulevard serve excellent evening meals. Due to its northern location, the Spanish town of Llança is an ideal starting point for trips to Perpignan in France and the Pyrenees.
