ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with private swimming pool, in a quiet location 1,5 km from the village of Pontecuti, about 4 km from Todi. The house is divided into two apartments. You get to the first floor via a staircase. There is an apartment on both the left and the right. Both apartments are spread over two floors and consist of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both apartments contain a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and cooking facilities. The apartments can only be rented together, so you have the whole house to yourselves. The house is therefore also ideal for two families or groups who want to go on holiday together and yet still have their own privacy. You can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding hills from the property and the swimming pool. This is a superb area and an ideal base for lots of excursions. The town of Todi, built on the top of a limestone rock, has an enchanting historic town centre. Orvieto, Spoleto, Terni and Foligno are also worth visiting, as well as the very interesting cities of Perugia and Assisi and the many villages typical of the region such as Montefalco. In addition you can go for lovely walks and cycling trips in this region (for expert cyclists). Lake Trasimeno is approx. 60 km away. Lake Bolsena approx. 46 km.
