ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached villa with private pool in a fenced garden, in a peaceful location about 500m from the small town of Grutti, approx. 13 km to the northeast of Todi. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. From the garden and the pool there is a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. This location offers complete privacy while being only a short walk from the required amenities such as shops and a restaurant (500m away in Grutti). This part of the country offers a lot in the way of excursions. The town of Todi, built on the top of a limestone rock, has an attractive historic town centre. You can also easily visit the interesting towns of Perugia and Assisi, Orvieto, Foligno and Spoleto. Also a day trip to the sea at Trasimeno is worth doing. In this region there are also lots of quaint villages typical of this area. You can go for great hikes and bicycle trips in the magnificent surroundings (mountain bikes, expert cyclists).
