ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached and spacious holiday house. There are large grounds. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. The residence consists of multiple parts, but which are never rented separately. The owner lives in a flat under the residence (but properly separated). The residence is ca.1 km from the village Pontebari. The residence is 6 km from the city Spoleto. Here you will enjoy lots of peace and quiet and privacy. Nice view of the vineyards and the hills. The house is situated ideally for visiting the area. There are a lot of characteristic villages in the area. It is a region that has a lot to offer, both in terms of culture and nature. Here there are picturesque villages such as Montefalco, . The nice city of Todi is definitely worth visiting. The magnificent cities of Norcia and Foligno are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature a trip to Valle Umbra Sud is definitely recommended. Shops can be found in Spoleto. Castles: Morgnano, You will come across a lot opportunities for walking in this area.
