It is a distinctive house built in the style of the region. Cosy interior. The residence is 2 km from the city Spoleto. The landscape in this region is slightly hilly. The house is situated ideally for visiting the area. It is a region that has a lot to offer, both in terms of culture and nature. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the area: Perugia, Assisi. Here there are picturesque villages such as Montefalco, Tondi, Spello. In terms of nature a trip to Monti Sibillini is definitely recommended. There is a bakery/bread depot at 2 km. There are shops at 2 km. Restaurants can be found in Spoleto.
