The house is nicely furnished and consists of two floors connected by an external staircase (no internal access). From the terrace and the first floor there is a superb view over the lake: sunsets are breathtaking. A few unoccupied beaches on the lake are within walking distance. Shops and other services are available in San Feliciano and Magione (7 km). You can go for trips to the cities of Perugia, Assisi, Sienna and Arezzo, and to the enchanting towns of Cortona and Castiglione del Lago.
