ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached villa with private swimming pool in a quiet location 1 km van Pianello, about 12 km north of Assisi and 15 km from Perugia. The house is nicely and comfortably furnished and there is an enclosed garden and lovely pool at your disposal with separate section for children. From the property there is a wonderful view over the surrounding green hills. It is an enchanting place in the centre of all the interesting towns and villages worth visiting in Umbria: Perugia, Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Spoleto, Gubbio and Città di Castello, to name but a few. From Ponte San Giovanni (10 km) you can even take the train to Rome or Florence. In about 2 hours you can be right in the centre of these culturally and historically very interesting cities! In Pianello there are two restaurants and a few shops. For a larger supermarket you have to go to Bastia Umbra. Lake Trasimeno is approx. 40 km away.
