ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house of natural stone with private swimming pool in a peaceful location about 2 km from the small town of Villafranca in Lunigiana. This spacious house (living space of about 250 m2) is comfortable and well furnished, and there is a beautiful garden with swings and swimming pool at your disposal. The house is in a wooded area about 30 km north of La Spezia and the coast. It is a glorious place for relaxing, but also offers many lovely destinations for excursions. It's a great place for lovers of nature, fans of the beach and culture enthusiasts. In the wooded hills you can go on lovely walks. In the vicinity there are many old villages and several castles, such as Castello Malaspiniano and Sarzana fortress. Just west of La Spezia is the Cinque Terre, a beautiful area with typical villages that seem to be stuck in the rocks: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Manarola and Riomaggiore. The attractive city of Genoa, with its beautiful old town, its port and a large aquarium is well worth visiting. You can also visit the marble quarries of Carrara and the city of Parma.
