ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached villa with a private swimming pool and a magnificent view, set quietly, some kilometres from Radicofani, approx. 70 km southeast of Siena. The house is divided into two apartments, both with a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The apartments are connected by means of a dividing door and are never rented separately. In other words, the renter is at all times the only occupant. The house stands on a superb location in the Tuscan countryside, known for its characteristic hills decked with cypresses. Hot springs with ancient reservoirs that collect the water can be found only 300 m from the house. The surroundings are adorned with beautiful villages with narrow streets, pretty boutiques, and good restaurants; San Casciano dei Bagni, Radicofani, and, a bit further away, Bagno Vignoni and San Quirico d'Orcia are but a few of them. A daytrip to Siena is also among the possibilities and is absolutely worth while.
