ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with private swimming pool, in a quiet location 1,500m from the village of Castiglion d'Orcia, about 53 km south of Sienna. The house is well-maintained and comfortably furnished and there is a lovely garden with pool at your disposal. The house is surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees and there is a great view over the surrounding area and over Castiglion d'Orcia. The area is superb for a number of trips. There are numerous stunning villages; San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni (with its authentic reservoir and modern spa) and Pienza are but a few. A trip to the engaging town of Sienna, with its shell-shaped square, a beautiful historic town centre and many interesting churches and buildings, should certainly not be missed. This part of the country is also famous for good wines and sheep cheese.
