The sea is 30 km away. There are nice beach resorts and harbours in the area. The residence is located in a nice mountainous and woody area. The house is situated nice and central for exploring the region. The magnificent cities of Genua, Pisa and Parma are more than worth visiting. In this region you can go walking and cycling to your heart’s content. NB: At 30 m of the house, there is a small wooden cottage, where the owners (2 pers.) will stay to take care of the pool, the garden, their pets and to answer questions, in case you have any. They will be absent most of the day and have their own small garden. They will respect your privacy and will use neither the pool nor your garden.
