ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Typical detached holiday house in a quiet location only 6 km from the beautiful city of Lucca. The small holiday house is simple but nicely furnished and from the covered terrace there is a magnificent view over the surrounding area. Things you can see include an old aqueduct from Roman times. Lucca is a beautiful city with many attractions. In particular, the historic centre, the original fortress city, is well preserved. You will find many narrow streets, beautiful squares (including the famous round Piazza Teatro) and special churches. There are also some excellent restaurants and shops here. Other cities are easy to reach and worth a visit: Florence, Pisa, Montecatini and Livorno. The train is the best option for taking trips to these places. In this region there are also typical villages. Also a day at the seaside (25 km) and a trip to lake Massaciuccoli are a good idea.
