The residence is 0.1 km from the village Guardistallo. The location is fairly peaceful. Magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding hills. The sea is 10 km away. The beach is a sandy beach. There are nice beach resorts and harbours in the area. Here there are picturesque villages such as Montescudaio, Guardistallo, Casale Marittimo, Castagneto Carducci. The nice city of Florence is definitely worth visiting. The magnificent cities of Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca and Siena are more than worth visiting. Shops can be found in Guardistallo. You will come across a lot opportunities for walking in this area. NB: The acces road has two steep parts, but is paved anyway. You can park your car next to the house.
