ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Freestanding house with a fenced garden and private pool with hydromassage system, located in a quiet villa neighbourhood of Alcamo. Here you are approximately 4km from the beaches. Alcamo is approximately 60km south-west of Palermo and around 35km from the airport. The house is furnished simply but nicely and functionally, and it has many conveniences. The garden is surrounded by a wall, so you enjoy sufficient privacy. There are two covered patios, of which one has a simple summer kitchen so you can enjoy eating outdoors. All necessary shops and facilities, including several sports facilities, are within a radius of 2km. This is an attractive, interesting region that invites you to make many outings. For example, you can visit the city of Palermo, with its splendid sights dating from several eras. The harbour city of Trapani and the nearby city of Erice, which is built on a rock, are certainly worth a visit. The Dello Zingaro nature park, a wonderful area for walking, is approximately 1.5km away. And naturally, the sea is ideal for swimming, diving, snorkelling, and so on.
