ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with private kidney-shaped swimming pool situated in Biganzolo a residential area in Intra-Verbania just 1 km from Lake Maggiore. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and there is a fenced garden with various little nooks for sitting at your disposal. Under the house there is an apartment occupied by the owner. The owner's apartment has an entrance on the other side and the garden and swimming pool are only for your use. Consequently you will hardly notice their presence. The house is in a beautiful, mountainous area. The lake is a 3-minute drive, but it is also an excellent walk there. Along the lake there are some lovely villages and towns, as well as several beautiful beaches. The Isole Borromee are certainly worth a visit, as well as the cities of Locarno, Stresa and further afield Milan and Ancona. The Lago d'Orta too, with the typical village of Orta San Giulio and the island for visiting, is worth a visit. You can go for marvellous walks and trips in the mountains. In the winter there are several places for skiing within about a half hour's drive. A wonderful trip is to the summit of Monte Rosa that you can reach by cable car.
