The house is nicely and comfortably furnished and you have access to a large piece of land and a lovely pool. The house is 25 km north of Viterbo - a lovely town with lots of interesting sights. This was originally the place where the popes came for spa baths. This is reflected in various relics. 12 km from the house is the Lago di Bolsena where you can swim. You can also visit Orvieto and (slightly further away) Todi - two towns that are both built on top of a rock - as well as various typical villages in the area such as Pitigliano and Sorano. It is also possible to visit Rome in one day (our advice is to go by train).
