ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with private swimming pool in a quiet setting 800m from the sea and about 1 km from the town of Montalto Marina. You have at your disposal a large fenced garden where you can enjoy full privacy. The garden has an above-ground pool and covered terrace. The house is nicely furnished and has all amenities. This is an ideal spot for a beach holiday combined with fun and interesting days out. The house is in the Maremma, an enchanting region with various archaeological excavations and some wonderful scenery. About 16 km away is Vulci (once an Etruscan city) with a special combination of sights where you can easily spend a day: Vulci has an interesting museum in Badia castle, a Roman bridge over a ravine, an original Etruscan road and excavations of, among others things, Etruscan tombs. Also the cities of Viterbo (papal palace and thermal spa) and Civitavecchia are worth visiting, as of course, is the beautiful city of Rome with its many attractions and sites. Please note; one of the bathrooms is by the pool and can, therefore, only be reached from outside.
