ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached and spacious holiday house. Liveable surface area of the residence: 200 m2. There is an enclosed garden. There is a partly covered terrace. You share the grounds with the house of the owner (but you are properly separated from each other). There is a nice private swimming pool. Swimming pool dimensions 10 by 5 m. Distinctive traditional Provence farmhouse. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. The residence is 2 km from the village Loriol, The residence is 3 km from the city Carpentras. The location is extremely peaceful. A place from which you can make many day trips. A very nice area with lots of characteristic villages. There is a public pool and/or tennis courts. Here there are picturesque villages such as Séguret, Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise, Gordes, Roussillon, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. The nice city of Avignon is definitely worth visiting. The magnificent cities of Orange and Carpentras are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature trips to Mont Ventoux and Dentelles de Montmirail are definitely recommended. There is a bakery/bread depot at 2 km. Shops can be found in Carpentras and Sarrians (4km). A supermarket can be found in Carpentras. Restaurants can be found in Carpentras.
