ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached villa in a splendid location with a beautiful view of olive groves and the picturesque village of Cotignac. The house is furnished with lots of character with paintings by the owner and his daughter (see the photos). You share the pool with the owner, a single retired gentleman who only occasionally makes use of it. In reality the pool is almost entirely at your disposal. The owner lives in the next villa where he has his artist's studio. Around the holiday home there is a relatively large private terrain that offers quite a lot of privacy on the side with the two terraces and the lovely view. The house is located about 1 km from the centre of the beautiful village of Cotignac, which has a very snug and authentic centre with lots of nice shops, outdoor cafés and restaurants. Cotignac lies about 20 km northeast of the beautiful town of Brignoles. There are lots of opportunities in the area for walking and cycling. In addition, there are many beautiful villages such as Salernes (well known for its very nice tile and ceramic production, and there are many shops with a wonderful range), Pontevès, Cotignac, Carcès, Lorgues and Correns. The beautiful Lac de Ste Croix is about a half hour's drive and is very well worth the visit, as are the impressive canyons of the Gorges du Verdon. Golf at Flassans (Golf de Barberoux), about 17 km.
