ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Lovely spacious fully detached villa with a nice large private pool. The whole building comprises a main house and a separate house attached to the main house only accessible from outside. The main house has a spacious living room, kitchen, four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with a sofa bed and a single bed), and two bedrooms with both a WC and a separate WC. In the first attached house there is a conservatory with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and WC, two (bed)rooms with a double sofa bed (both rooms have their own exit to the outside). Also, on the large plot of land behind the pool (but turned away from it) there is another separate cottage let on a permanent basis to an unattached young man. Behind the main villa there is a splendid terrace with a summer kitchen facing the wood. The house is in a lovely peaceful villa complex amidst trees. Each villa has a its own large plot of land. About 6 km away is the lovely village of Les Arcs sur Argens with its little medieval streets and a splendid castle. Les Arcs is to the south of the bustling town of Draguignan and northwest of St. Tropez in a beautiful wooded and hilly area. For all your shopping needs you can go to Les Arcs or to the large supermarket in Trans en Provence. There are nice trips to be made to the mountains of Les Maures, to the splendid abbey in Le Tholonet and to the Gorges du Verdon. There are also some lovely villages in the area such as Lorgues, Trans en Provence, Flayosc, Le Luc, La Garde Freinet and Grimaud. The sea at Fréjus and St. Raphaël is about 30 minutes away. A visit is highly recommended to places on the French Côte d’Azur such as Antibes, Cannes, Monaco and Nice. Finally there are also a couple of very famous wine Chateaux here: Sainte Roseline and Font du Broc, that are worth visiting for the beautiful buildings and the surroundings. Golf: 20 km (La Motte).
