ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached villa with an enclosed private pool on a beautiful spacious plot of land with lots of trees (fruit trees, olive trees and oak trees, etc.). The pool is perfect for privacy and there is no other house near this house. Next to the pool the land becomes hills and bushes, the land nearby is a vineyard. The house is about 2.5 km from the centre of the lively Provençal village of Lorgues in the direction of Draguignan. The village is situated in a beautiful wooded and hilly area. Lorgues is 13 km west of the lovely town of Draguignan. In picturesque Lorgues on the main street there are nice shops, cafés, intimate terraces and good restaurants. Every Tuesday a large Provençal market is held here with lots of foodstuffs, clothing and nice trinkets on offer. In the area there are lovely villages such as Flayosc, le Thoronet, Salernes, Tourtour, les Arcs and also the town of Draguignan. The abbey at Le Thoronet is very well known and well worth a visit, as are the famous canyons in the Gorges du Verdon. Also quite close by are the beaches at St Raphaël, Fréjus, Ste Maxime, St Tropez and Cannes. Swimming pool: Lorgues. Golf: La Motte (27 km).
