ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION A lovely villa furnished with taste with on a large beautifully kept plot of one hectare. There is also a private pool and the property offers a lot of privacy. The villa is built in Art-Deco style but is more recent. The villa is in a very peaceful part of the picturesque village of Tourrettes, about 3.5 km from the centre of the attractive bustling village of Fayence where you will find nice terraces, shops and restaurants. Fayence, Seillans, Callian, Tourrettes and Montauroux are attractive Provençal villages set like eagles nests against the mountains. Here you will find the serenity and beauty of Provence directly in the hinterland of the Côte d’Azur. These are villages where you can wander through the winding streets while coming across the typical Provençal odours of thyme, lavender and rosemary. Close by there is a large lake (Lac de St Cassien). The Mediterranean Sea (Fréjus, Cannes) is about 35 km away: In Fayence there is one of the largest gliding centres in Europe. There are excursion possibilities to the other numerous towns and villages in the area: among others Nice, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes and Grasse. An absolute must is the Grand Canyon du Verdon.
