Apart from the courtyard (200 m2) for the guests, there is also a covered terrace and balcony. You will share the swimming pool (8 x 4) with the owner. There is lots of space around the farm and even a playground for the children. This house, centrally located in a beautiful, open hill landscape, is ideal for exploring the provinces of Ardèche, Gard and Drôme. The village of Aubignas has a tennis court. A golf course is located at Montélimar. You’ll find all amenities in Alba-la-Romaine (4 km), Le Teil (7 km) and Montélimar (14 km).
