ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Spacious holiday house, set quietly at a mere 150 m from the sandy beach of Saint-Germain-Plage. The surface area of the house is 180 m2 and it has a big garden. The house is fitted with every modern convenience and is decorated for comfort. The kitchen, dining room, and sun room are on a level with the garden; the spacious drawing room (approx. 50 m2) can be found on the first floor. Saint-Germain-Plage is situated approx. 10 km north of Lessay. It is an ideal starting point for trips to one of the pretty villages and towns in the neighbourhood, such as Carteret, Coutances, and Lessay. Also, there are many walking possibilities: the Grand Randonnée no.223 passes along the house and follows the beautiful coastline and the bay of Saint-Germain.The landing beaches (Utah Beach, approx. 40 km), as well as Mont St Michel (90 km) are close enough to visit.
