ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION THE HOLIDAY PARK Les Chalets des Ayés is a small scale holiday park that consists of 23 detached and 2 semi-detached wooden chalets. The chalets, which all vary in size, are scattered around a large terrain of 50.000 m2. The owner and his family have recently won some international prizes for the way they have set up their park and keep up its high quality. The park is located about 2 km north of Le Thillot. To the north excursions can be made to villages like La Bresse and Gérardmer, with its beautiful lake surrounded by the mountains. By utilizing mountain-passes like the Col de Bussang or the Col de Schlucht visits to Alsatia with its wine culture and picturesque villages like Kaysersberg or Colmar can be made. Long walks and cycling tours can be made: the department has created hundreds of kilometers walking-paths and cycling tracks. Facilities: outdoor swimming pool, tennis-court, playground. In the village: supermarket, laundry. The chalets are all very well furnished, on arrival the beds are made. From your patio you enjoy a fine view on the Ballon d'Alsace. The chalets can locate up to 20 persons.
