ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION House with large private swimming pool located a few hundred metres from the beautiful old village of Saint Privat de Chamclos. The house is on a large plot of land of approximately 5,500m and there are superb views from the living room and from the terrace and swimming pool over Saint Privat and the mountains of the Cevennes. The pool is almost totally enclosed by a high wall and a fence that provides lots of privacy and security for small children. Saint Privat de Chamclos is a village typical of the area, approximately 4 km northeast of the beautiful little town of Barjac. In Barjac you can do your grocery shopping and the town also has some nice restaurants and cafés. This enchanting place is an ideal base for exploring the Ardèche or for going on interesting trips to the Cévennes and even to Provence. The house is located not far from the beautiful Gorges de l'Ardèche and to the west of Pont Saint Esprit. Also from here you can visit the Cevennes, Ardèche and adorable towns such as Uzès, Avignon and Nîmes or visit picturesque villages in this area such as Barjac, le Garn, Saint Ambroix, les Vans, Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms or the ruins of Allègre castle.
