ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION This detached house, with several terraces and lovely, private swimming pool with retractable covering, is situated on a large 6 000 m² plot, just 1 km from the beautiful Vénéjan, just a short distance from Bagnols and the Cèze River. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the town and the Rhône Valley. In Vénéjan, there is a bakery and a restaurant. For all other amenities, you can visit Bagnols-sur-Cèze (8 km) and Pont St-Esprit (10 km). Excellent hiking trails lead directly from the house. Tennis courts are in town. Bicycle rental and horse-riding facilities are available in Bagnols (7 km). Canoeing is possible on the Cèze River, roughly 15 km away.
