ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Fully detached house with a splendid shady plot of land covered in all sorts of trees, situated in the village of Corbès, between the attractive towns of Anduze and Saint Jean du Gard in the Cévennes. From the property you can enjoy a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley of the Gardon river. You can go swimming in the Gardon river about 200 m from the house. There is a small path that goes straight from the property to the river. The old water-mill you can see in one of the photos is about 250 m from the house. Next to the house there is the track for the lovely old tourist steam train that passes by the house 8 times a day (4 return trips), a great attraction for children. The house itself was once a signal-man's house. The house is soberly and nicely furnished. There is a large garden table in the main room that you can use either indoors or out depending upon the weather.
