St Martin Le Redon is approx. 8 km from the town of Fumel, which is situated on the Lot River. The house is an excellent base for trips to the attractions of the Lot River valley, such as the towns of Penne d'Agenais, Fumel, Puy l'Evêque and the 2000-year-old town of Cahors, with its St Etienne Cathedral. Bonaguil castle is approx. 2 km away. To the north you can make day trips to the Dordogne; the Dordogne River is approx 45 km away. Leisure lakes at Cassagnes and Cazals.
