The residence is 25 km from the city Gourdon. The location is fairly peaceful. Magnificent view of the valley, the village and the hills. In this region you will come across a lot of opportunities for making day trips. There are a lot of characteristic villages in the area. You can make canoe tours, go fishing and/or swimming on the river/lake Dordogne. The nice city of Rocamadour is definitely worth visiting. The magnificent cities of Cahors and Sarlat are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature trips to Gouffre de Padirac and Parc régional naturel des Causses du Quercy are definitely recommended.
