ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached villa with a private swimming pool, peacefully located approx. 3 km from the village of Marsaneix. The house is situated midway in between Marsaneix and Eglise-Neuve de Vergt. Marsaneix is situated 13 km south of the lively city of Perigueux. The house is set on large grounds (approx. 8000 m2) and comes with a private swimming pool and a private fishing pond. The large, flat gardens are ideal for playing football. The villa has been decorated with light colours and has a modern interior; all rooms are on the ground floor. There are lovely towns in the vicinity, such as Perigueux (13 km) and Bergerac (40 km). The picturesque villages of Le Bugue and Les Eyzies are only 40 km away. The many caves and castles of the Dordogne region can easily be visited: Rouffignac, Grand Roc, Lascaux.
