ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Semi-detached house with private pool in a quiet street in St. Pardoux la Rivière in southwest France. St. Pardoux la Rivière is a town with about 1,000 inhabitants in the northern part of Dordogne region. This is a green area with lots of trees and nature. In the near vicinity there are the towns of Nontron and Brantème that have some adorable sights and in the summer lots of terraces, markets and other amusements. For basic groceries you can go to St Pardoux. This holiday house is attached on one side to the adjacent house. On the other side there is the owner's house. The gardens are separated by a fence. To the rear of the house there is a terrace and a private pool. The rear of the garden borders on the river that flows through St. Pardoux. You can fish in the river here. It is approximately 15km to Villars where you can visit the prehistoric caves. There is a golf course in the town of Périgeux.
