This rustically located, countryside home is situated on the outskirts of the hamlet Claviéras, roughly 4 km from the town Marsaneix. There are good hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity. In Marsaneix you’ll find a tennis court, and at Périgueux and Mortemart (both within roughly 18 km), you’ll find golf courses. A recreational pool with beach is located at Chalagnac (km). Basic amenities (bakery, small grocer) are available in Marsaneix; all other provisions are found in Périgueux (roughly 10 km).
