ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Quietly set, characteristic house in the hamlet of Le Mas, a good 2 km from the village of Les Eyzies. The house comes with an extensive garden (3000 m2) with several sitting areas and an enclosed private swimming pool. The house consists of a main building with an attractive living room with a functional fireplace and a bedroom with an adjourning bathroom on the first floor. The two other bedrooms are in reality two adjacent studios with each a bedroom and an adjourning bathroom. They can be reached solely around the back and it goes without saying that they are never rented separately from the rest of the house. There is no thoroughfare in the hamlet. Groceries can be purchased either in les Eyzies or in le Bugue. It is recommended to pay a visit to the nearby castles, caves, and picturesque villages, such as le Bugue, les Eyzies, St Cyprien, Beynac, and Domme. Sarlat features among others a Saturday market. Trips to Bergerac and Perigueux are also recommended. Activities: canoeing on the Vezère and the Dordogne. There is a beach on the bank of the Vezère near Le Bugue. Golf: Siorac and Périgord (24 km).
