ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Charming holiday house, just outside the village of Siorac, very centrally located in the beautiful Dordogne Valley, only 1,5 km from the river. The cottage is situated in a well-maintained garden, at some distance form the owner’s house. The owner only uses the terraces and little garden around his own house. You’ll have sole use of the garden and the terrace around the house as well as a piece of ground. From the terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic, breathtaking view of the town and surrounding hills. In Siorac, situated 900 m away, you will find all amenities (bakery, supermarket, post office, restaurants, etc.). Belvès is situated 6 km away and St Cyprien, 8 km. Tennis courts are available in town. At the Dordogne River, 1,5 km away, you’ll find swimming, fishing and canoeing facilities. Belvès has a swimming pool and in the immediate vicinity, there are two golf courses, roughly 2 km away. ps; you can use the washing machine at the owner's house.
