ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house with swimming pool, in Presly about 35 km to the north of Bourges in the central part of the Loire region. The house is on a large plot of land of 13 ha that is part forest and a number of ponds. You will have absolute privacy here. You are about 500 m from the centre of the village of Presly. The house is furnished in contemporary style with all amenities. The area around the house is very green with lots of wooded land. If you travel about 75 km to the west you come to the region where the famous and beautiful chateaux along the River Loire are to be found. Very famous and enchanting too are (among others) the chateaux in Cheverny, Chambord and above all the splendid Chateau Chenonceau built on the other bank of the river. To the east there are the famous wine villages of Menetou-Salon, Pouilly-s-Loire and particularly Sancerre, famous for its fresh white wine. Tennis courts with free entry about 150 m from the house. Note: the pool is covered with an electrically operated canvas tarpaulin; next to the pool there is an open pond.
