ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house on the estate of Les Mornes, at approx. 2 km from the village of Saint-Aignan-des-Noyers. Saint Aignan is situated in the department of the Cher at approx 50 km southwest of Nevers. This beautifully restored and tastefully decorated house is equipped with every conceivable modern convenience. The living surface is 450 m2. You dispose of a large garden which offers sufficient shaded spots. There's a private tenniscourt, a helipad and a golf practise corner. On the grounds of the domain there's a fishing pond. Bedlinen and house linen is included, the beds are made upon arrival. In the area a visit can be made to Bourges (50 km), to Nevers or to one of the numerous castles that can be found in the region. The race circuit of Magny-Cours is at 30 km. In the forest of Tronçais (10 km) fine walks can be made. Golf: Nevers/Magny-Cours (30 km).
