ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house in a peaceful location in the village of Lampaul-Plouarzel about 200 metres from a sandy beach. Lampaul Plouarzel is about 30 km west of Brest. The house has a spacious fenced garden where children can freely play. The spacious house (surface area 230 m2) is comfortably furnished. From the balcony/terrace there is a lovely view over the sea. For small grocery shopping you can go to Lampaul-Plouarzel. There is a large supermarket about 4 km away in Plouarzel. Several watersport possibilities are available on the sea. There is a sailing school in Lampaul-Plouarzel. Along the splendid Breton coast there are various villages that are worth a visit: Le Conquet, Ploudalmezeau, Portsall, Lannilis, Plouguerneau. A trip to Oceanopolis (Brest) with more than 50 sea aquariums with underwater dolphins and sharks should not be missed. Golf: Plouarzel: 4 km. Beach: 200 m.
