ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION Detached house in a peaceful setting next to the sea in the seaside resort of St Quay-Portrieux. St. Quay is about 15 km north of St Brieuc on the lovely north coast of Brittany. This simply furnished house is on a large plot of 1,500 m2 with the following: right next to the entrance to the property is the house that belongs to the parents of the owners. Approx. 35/40 metres further along is a detached holiday house, with its own parking space and its own garden in the front. Next to the house, a little higher up the property, at a distance of about. 10 metres is the chalet. From the balcony/terrace there is a lovely view over the sea. The chalet has its own piece of garden and there is no need to use the holiday house garden. (For details about the holiday house: see ref. no. F22023). There is a rocky beach here where at high tide you can also swim. A nicely constructed walking path leads from the house to the large sandy beach in St. Quay 500 metres away. In St. Quay you can get all your grocery needs. The town centre is about. 500 metres. In the area to the north and south of St. Quay there are numerous attractive characteristic villages well worth visiting: Binic, Paimpol, Treguier, Erguy. A day trip to the island Ile de Brehat is certainly also possible from St. Quay. Sand Beach: 500 metres. Note: the shower in the basement is only accessible from outside.
